Windows are one part of the house that is so hard to clean. That is why some homeowners resort to hiring window cleaners. But if you would like to do it by yourself then here are some tips on cleaning windows.  With these tips you can surely do a good job of cleaning your own windows.

So one thing is sure that cleaning your windows will take time.  So dedicate a whole morning or afternoon to this task. That way you will not be frustrated. Whenever I do a job doing window cleaning San Diego I always set aside several hours for each house.Since I am a professional window cleaner I know that it takes a lot of time.So if  regular homeowners will do it by themselves it will definitely take longer to finish. So they must prepare and set aside some time so that they won’t get frustrated.

Next thing you should prepare is a squeegee and a bucket.  Of course doing window washing San Diego I have a few extra tools but doing it yourself this should do.There are some people who still use newspapers in drying their windows but it will take a lot of time.A good squeegee can shorten that dying time.

Finally, use downward strokes whenever you use the squeegee.  You would be surprised but I see clients of my Encinitas window cleaning company who have done it themselves and didn’t do it like this. They ended up having windows with dried streaks. When it takes you a long time to clean your windows you do not definitely want to end up having windows with streaks. It will just end up making your windows look dirty.  So you will feel as if you wasted your time.

So abide by these tips and it would reslut to clean windows. It is a tiring job but once you finish it you would be proud of what you accomplished. But, of course, there’s always professionals who can do it for you if you do not want to do it.
